- Location Data: Precise GPS location (with your permission) to show nearby stations and track active rentals.
- Usage Data: Rental history, transaction records, session durations, and payment history.
- Device Information: Device model, OS version, app version, and unique device identifiers.
- Camera Data: Camera access is used only to scan QR codes. No images are captured or stored by Charge Ghar.
- Financial Information: Payment method details processed securely via our payment gateway (raw card data is never stored by Charge Ghar).
2How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and verify your identity via KYC.
- To process rental transactions, calculate fees, and manage wallet balances.
- To show nearby charging stations on the app map using your location.
- To send push notifications regarding active rental status, return reminders, and account alerts.
- To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms.
- To improve app performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance user experience.
- To comply with applicable laws and regulations in Nepal.

Used to display nearby stations on the map and record pickup/return locations. Only accessed while the app is active or during an active rental.

8Account Deletion
๐๏ธ How to Delete Your Account: Go to Settings โ Account Management โ Delete Account in the app, or email privacy@chargeghar.com. Outstanding rentals or balances must be settled first. Data removed from active systems within 30 days of the request.
9Children's Privacy
Charge Ghar services are not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately. Contact privacy@chargeghar.com if you believe a minor has registered.
10Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through in-app notifications. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
